R20 000 - R30 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualification for Legal Secretarial or Paralegal Diploma/Certificate would be advantageous
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Litigation Secretary, preferably in a senior capacity
Strong exposure to High Court and Magistrates’ Court litigation procedures
Extensive experience drafting, formatting, and preparing court documents, pleadings, notices, and correspondence
Proficiency in MS Office, legal practice management systems, and electronic court filing platforms (e.g., CaseLines, Court Online)
Excellent organisational, diary management, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure in a high-volume litigation environment
Valid drivers license and one reliable transport
