A leading law firm in Western Cape seeks a seasoned attorney to manage Commercial and Civil Litigation matters, provide strategic legal advice, and represent clients in complex disputes.

POSITION INFO:
Desired experience & qualification

LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney
Minimum of 7 years of post-admission experience
Rights to appear in court
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet tight deadlines
High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Duties and Responsibilities

Commercial litigation experience in all courts
Administrative law and Constitutional law
Experienced in working with public sectors
Ability to deliver good quality work under pressure
Ability to engage clients professionally and to critically analyse matters.
