Senior Litigation Associate

Cape Town - CBD, Office based

Seeking a skilled Senior Litigation associate that is a self-starter and have the ability to work independently handling Commercial Litigation.

Candidate needs to have the following:

Worked in Cape Town

Commercial Litigation experience in all courts

Administrative law and Constitutional Law

Experienced in working with public sectors

Ability to deliver good quality work under pressure

Ability to engaged clients professionally and to critically analyse matters.

Experience & Qualification:

LLB Degree

Admitted attorney

Minimum of 7 years of post-admission experience

Rights to appear in court

Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple matters and meet tight deadlines

High ethical standards and professional integrity

Need to be able to speak English & Afrikaans
