SUMMARY:
Our legal client, based in Cape Town CBD, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Associate to join their litigation team. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and possess strong Commercial Litigation experience
R50 000 - R57 000 CTC Based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney with Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa
At least 5 years' post admission experience in Commercial Litigation
Solid knowledge of Administrative law and Constitutional law
Proven experience in matters involving the public sector
Ability to manage full litigation caseload independently
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal work under pressure
Strong client engagement and matter analysis skills
Excellent drafting and argumentation skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Familiar with legal developments and processes in the public sector
