JOB SUMMARY:
Well established legal firm based in Sandton is looking for an experienced Litigation Secretary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Relevant Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
10+ years experience as a Litigation Secretary
Professional history of managing people
Must have experience in diary management
Must be proficient in Dictaphone typing
Index and paginating of documents
Preparing briefs for counsel
Must have knowledge on collections and reconciliation of accounts
Submit applications for trademark registration
Must be well organised and detail orientated
Experience working on Lawpac will be an advantage
Must be able to work independently
