POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models using Revit
• Lead modelling for HVAC, fire protection, and wet services systems
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and execution plans
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
• Maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM standards
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors on coordination issues
• Prepare coordinated layouts, drawings, and sections
• Extract quantities and support cost estimation processes
• Review models for constructability, accuracy, and compliance
• Mentor junior BIM modellers

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in MEP BIM modelling
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, and wet services systems
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes
• Experience on large commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects
• Exposure to tools such as BIM 360 and Carrier HAP advantageous
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

• Diploma or BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (advantageous)
• Grade 12 / N3 (minimum requirement)
