POSITION INFO:
Senior Management Accountant - Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and enhance expense management processes across departments
Deliver monthly management reports, variance analysis, and performance insights
Build and refine complex financial models using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power Query, VBA, etc.)
Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders to improve cost control and financial transparency
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals
Drive financial strategy in a highly regulated credit environment

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with 5+ years’ experience
Strong background in management accounting and expense control
Exceptional Excel skills – you know your way around dynamic formulas, automation, and data visualization
Industry experience in Credit, Financial Services, or similar regulated environments
