This role is highly execution‑driven, focused on ensuring accurate month-end reporting, rigorous balance sheet reconciliations, and seamless intercompany transaction management. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to deliver consistent financial accuracy without relying on senior leadership for escalation or oversight. This is not a traditional Finance Manager position. Instead, it requires someone who thrives on ownership, precision, reconciliation discipline, and independent problem‑solving to drive stability and strengthen financial operations across the group.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Management Accountant will take ownership of the financial execution across multiple group entities, including:

• Leading and managing the month-end close process for several entities within the group
• Preparing and reviewing:
• Bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Journals, accruals, and provisions
• Managing all intercompany transactions end‑to‑end, including:
• Intercompany invoicing
• Shared cost allocations
• Intercompany loan accounts
• Ensuring that all reciprocal entries are aligned and reconciled across entities
• Compiling structured and accurate reconciliation packs for senior review
• Identifying and resolving accounting issues at source, rather than escalating them
• Acting as the key finance continuity point in the absence of the Group Finance Manager

• 5–10+ years of hands‑on finance experience
• Proven experience working within multi‑entity environments
• Strong exposure to:
  • Intercompany accounting
  • Balance sheet reconciliation processes
  • Month‑end close responsibilities
  • Operational, execution‑focused finance environments
• A solid understanding of core accounting processes, controls, and reconciliation discipline
• Preferred Industry Backgrounds
• Candidates with experience in the following industries typically demonstrate the required operational finance exposure:
• Services
• Logistics
• Manufacturing
• Infrastructure
• Other operationally intensive businesses
