SUMMARY:
A leading concern within the finance and distribution field is seeking the expertise of a Senior Management Accountant. This company was established in the UK but has managed to branch out across Africa and Southern Africa. As Senior Management Accountant you will be involved in preparing accurate monthly management accounts and will also be required to build forecasting models.

A leading concern within the finance and distribution field is seeking the expertise of a Senior Management Accountant. This company was established in the UK but has managed to branch out across Africa and Southern Africa.

As SeniorManagement Accountant you will be involved in preparing accurate monthly management accounts and will also be required to build forecasting models.

Duties will include:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

To create accurate monthly management accounts
Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making
Compile and submit management accounts to the Group Financial Manager
Prepare monthly reports budgets, commentaries, and financial statements
Attend monthly meetings with the Group Finance Manager
Reporting on Profit and Loss & Balance Sheet
VAT Reconciliation and preparation
Overseeing accounting procedures and supervising junior financial department staff.
Monitoring auditing and taxation practices, as well as evaluating benefits and compensation packages.

Education

B. Com qualification.
CIMA

Experience:

5-6 years post article experience.
