Job Description: These opportunities typically involve managing the finance function from month-end reporting through to management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering. Successful candidates are often involved in process improvements, team leadership, operational finance, audit management, and supporting strategic decision-making. Skills & Experience: Preparation and review of monthly management accounts Financial reporting and month-end close processes Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Balance sheet and general ledger ownership Financial analysis and variance reporting Tax, VAT, and statutory compliance Audit preparation and management Oversight of creditors, debtors, and finance operations Team leadership, mentoring, and performance management Process improvements and strengthening internal controls Business partnering with operational and executive stakeholders ERP systems management and reporting enhancements Financial modelling and commercial analysis Proven experience in a Senior Accountant, Financial Accountant, Finance Manager, or similar role Strong management accounting and reporting experience Advanced Excel skills ERP system exposure (Sage, SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, Syspro, Oracle, or similar) Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Qualification: BCom Accounting or related finance qualification CA(SA) qualification highly advantageous SAICA or SAIPA articles advantageous Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
