We’re seeking a Senior Manager to join our Consulting & Analytics (C&A) team, where you’ll play a critical role in helping clients expand their payment businesses, optimize portfolio performance, and improve customer engagement.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Engagement & Business Development: Identify consulting opportunities, develop engagement pitches, and lead new consulting assignments.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions that drive business results.
• Consulting Leadership: Manage complex consulting engagements, guiding teams to solve strategic challenges and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to developing industry-leading insights and materials that position us at the forefront of the consulting space.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years with an Advanced Degree).
• Consulting experience, ideally in payments, finance, or strategy.
• Ability to manage and drive performance across geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• A passion for innovation and problem-solving in a dynamic, global environment.
