SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive digital transformation within their organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digitalization, with the ability to influence at all levels and foster a culture of innovation. Reporting directly to the Heads of the Business, the Senior Manager: Digitalization will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital strategy.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Advanced Degree in Business, Technology, or Project Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar digital transformation role

Key Objectives:

Spearhead digital innovation and act as a change agent across the organization
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy, transitioning analog processes to digital solutions
Champion digital best practices and cultivate a digital-first mindset at all levels
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to strengthen our digital ecosystem
Evaluate ROI on digital initiatives and optimize resource allocation

Responsibilities:

Define and execute a forward-thinking digital strategy aligned with business goals
Integrate digital initiatives into strategic planning, ensuring leadership buy-in and resource alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate products, services, and customer experiences
Oversee the digital innovation portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery
Identify and implement cutting-edge tools (AI, CRM, and automation) to enhance operations
Partner with HR to attract top digital talent and up-skill teams across the organization

Experience & Skills Required:

5–7 years in digital transformation, including designing and launching digital platforms
Proven leadership in delivering successful digital projects
Strong understanding of business processes and their technical integrations
Innovative, forward-thinking approach with a focus on disruption
Experience with managing and mentoring digital teams
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
