Our client in the finance industry is currently looking to employ a Senior Manager - CIPS ITRA (IT Audit Senior Manager).

Purpose of the position:

• We are looking for ambitious candidates that have an interest in IT Risk Assurance Services by managing and growing a client portfolio. Services to be provided includes data analytics, IT general computer controls, business processes control reviews and Third Party Assurance.Â
• As part of a market-leading Risk Assurance team, you’ll be helping new and existing clients by providing IT based Risk Assurance services to a client portfolio consisting of market leading and often Global Clients.Â
• This will be on specialised projects inclusive of Third Party Assurance, Internal and External Audit Engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Internal Audit, External Audit and Risk Assurance assignments responsible for IT or Internal Controls audits that would include:
• Review of IT controls within a General Computer Control environment such as system security, change control and system operations.
• Review of Application or Business Process controls that supports the validity, completeness and accuracy of information. Experience in large ERP applications will be an advantage.
• Integrate results of controls testing with External Audit teams to determine the impact of controls on their audits.
• Leading third Party Assurance assignments (ISAE 3000 / ISAE 3402 or SOC I / SOC II)
• Review of project management controls and solution design.
• Performing Data Analytics.
• Reviewing internal controls design and effectiveness of manual and automated controls.
• The candidate should be able to draft an audit plan. The candidate should understand the audit and risk management process for documenting work and findings.
• Able to draft a budget and deal with the client economics.
• Able to build relationships, understand opportunities and drive further sales.
• Understand Risk Assurance services.
• Able to present audit findings to clients and understand the risks involved with report writing
