Employee Health and Wellness

POSITION INFO:

Job purpose:

To manage and report on Employee Health and wellness related projects and activities which provide strategic direction and leadership to the organisation efforts to build new ways of work that are safe and sustainable from a health and wellness perspective which will align with the overall strategic objectives of the organisation.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

BA Social Sciences+(Hons in Psychology) or Degree/National Diploma + Post grad Diploma. Ideal Masters in Psychology (clinical)
10+ years (atleast 4 yrs at management level) of progressive experience in Employee Health and Wellness area.
Minimum 10 years experience in the Employee Health and Wellness area.
