Senior Manager: Enterprise Risk Management

Key Performance Areas:

1. Sets the Non-financial risk frameworks and policies.
2. Manage the overall Operational risk process as governed by the Banks Enterprise Management framework.
3. To report to ERM Committee and Executives within the set parameters on agreed operational risk metrics and ensuring appropriate ORM (Operational Risk Management) processes and procedures are implemented.
4. Participate in special or ad hoc Bank wide strategic assessments/projects.
5. Create awareness and deliver training on ORM (Operational Risk Management) and related regulatory requirements (e.g. Basil III).
6. Manage all Human Capital processes within the area.
7. Provide a centre of knowledge and on-going expertise. 
8. Facilitate and co-ordinate the conduct of disaster recovery and business continuity tests.
9. Manage and oversee the Bank’s short term insurance arrangements.
10. Manage the Bank’s risk policy framework and attestation process.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Relevant Degree or equivalent is essential.
• 5 – 8 Years Risk Management experience required. 
• 2 – 3 Years Banking experience required.
• 5 – 8 Years Regulatory Requirements (e.g. BASEL III) is essential. 
• 5 – 8 Years Risk Management Framework is essential.
• 5 – 8 Years Operational Risk Assessment methodologies and tools.
• 5 – 8 Years Project Management experience.
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
