SUMMARY:
Senior Manager: Enterprise Risk Management: Leads and manage the operational risks practice in the bank

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas:

Sets the Non-financial risk frameworks and policies
Manage the overall Operational risk process as governed by the Banks Enterprise Management framework
To report to ERM Committee and Executives within the set parameters on agreed operational risk metrics and ensuring appropriate ORM (Operational Risk Management) processes and procedures are implemented
Participate in special or ad hoc Bank wide strategic assessments/projects
Create awareness and deliver training on ORM (Operational Risk Management) and related regulatory requirements (e.g. Basil III)
Manage all Human Capital processes within the area
Provide a center of knowledge and on-going expertise
Facilitate and co-ordinate the conduct of disaster recovery and business continuity tests
Manage and oversee the Bank’s short term insurance arrangements
Manage the Bank’s risk policy framework and attestation process

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Relevant Degree or equivalent is essential
5 – 8 Years Risk Management experience required
2 – 3 Years Banking experience required
5 – 8 Years Regulatory Requirements (e.g. BASEL III) is essential
5 – 8 Years Risk Management Framework is essential
5 – 8 Years Operational Risk Assessment methodologies and tools
5 – 8 Years Project Management experience
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
