SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Senior Manager ICT with a B degree or higher in IT Qualification, Foundation ITIL, Other ITIL Certification advantageous for a 6 Months project

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities include:

Managing the ICT infrastructure systems

Data Centre, Server & storage, backups, voice and data networks

Cable and WiFi solutions and services,

Innovation, end user management

Desktop management,

Database management,

Internet / Intranet access

Experience

At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience at senior management level

Experience in infrastructure systems, tools and processes

Data/Voice/Wireless

Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets and ensure sign-off of all changes.

Provides effective leadership to the infrastructure project team and takes appropriate action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances.

Manages and co-ordinates ICT related training for infrastructure team.

Manages key significant projects for Business Unit.
