The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager: Sales for our client in Cape Town.

Motor and Automotive Industry experience with Sales Management experience is essential for this role.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the successful launch and growth targets in line with KINTO Business Plan. Lead and manage key sales functions and staff within the organisation. Assists with the development and articulation of the short-, medium- and long-term business plans, ensuring alignment with other functions implements organisation wide initiatives. Develops strong relationships with TSAM/ Dealer/ Corporate Staff as well as Customers.

NQF 7 â?? Completed Post Grad / Honours. â?¢ Minimum of 10-12 years working experience (Post Qualification)
Must have experience in sales and finance within the leasing industry (min 5 years)
Managerial experience in a leasing business environment of min 5 years
People management experience (min 5 years) is essential
Computer literate in MS Office (min 5 years)
Miles leasing software experience essential

Skills and Experience:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and lead a KINTO SA Sales Strategy seeking approval from top management for implementation through dealer network, SME and corporate prospects
Ensure the KINTO sales strategy incorporates the existing TFS SA Fleet Management portfolio to maximise new business from existing contacts
Develop a growth strategy for KINTO SA looking at all channels i.e. direct / dealer network / TSAM / TFS / Website
Develop, build, and maintain relationship networks with internal and external stakeholders to enlist cooperation and maximum support in order to achieve / exceed KINTO SA sales objectives. Work closely to build trusting relationships with TSAM / TFS peers and colleagues to achieve objectives.
Develop a plan for the smooth integration and ongoing management of TSA / TFS / TSAM staff vehicles into a fleet management solution for KINTO SA
Define and lead the strategic approach for web development and integration
Develop a strategy and priority plan for Mobility Services
Lead the development of KINTO SAâ??s marketing capability in conjunction with the wider corporate group to target growth of both customers and vehicles
