Senior Manager experienced in Operations, Legal & Claims within the Insurance industry.

POSITION INFO:

Are you a short-term insurance professional with strong operations and management experience (at least 5 years on management level), solid legal and regulatory knowledge within a Call Centre environment, savvy and up to date with the legal and regulatory requirements for short term insurance claims?

Our client is a legal expenses insurance company based in the Johannesburg area of Gauteng and have available an opportunity for someone who, over an above the above experience, can multitask, work well under pressure, has strong people management and coaching skills and has experience with quality management.
