Senior Manager: People Information System(HRIS)

Experience in Oracle, SAP and Workday HCMS implementations and Support.

POSITION INFO:

Our client based in Pretoria is looking for a Senior Manager : People Information System.

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the role is to assist in the implementation, on going support of the organisation''''s People information System committed roadmap, product updates, enhancement requests, reporting developments etc.

Key Performance Areas

• Monitor all design and perform tests on all software integrations and perform troubleshoot on all technical processes and prepare required database and provide support to all PIS reports;
• Provide leadership, planning and project management for the design, implementation, and support of cost-effective, integrated changes to organization PIS while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet the needs of the Organization;
• Coordinate with ICT and People Portfolio teams to analyze all PIS requirements and develop and implement various PIS procedures and prepare customized reports for various business units;
• Design all custom ad hoc reports and resolve all queries and ensure accuracy in same and prepare all business documents and provide upgrades if required and monitor PIS and maintain integrity of all data etc.
• Prepare all high quality documents for all system configurations and processes and prepare required course materials for all employees and analyze customer requirement to prepare required dashboards and metrics;

Education, Experience and skills : 

• Bachelor''''s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Information Technology or other related disciplines.
• 10+ years (atleast 4 years at management level) of progressive experience with the HRIS
• Strong problem solving, collaborative and strategy implementation skills
• Solid understanding of orgainization HR requirements towards technology, including regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data and arrive at sound business decision
