POSITION INFO:

Our client based in Pretoria is looking for a Senior Manager : People Information System.

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the role is to assist in the implementation, on going support of the organisation''s People information System committed roadmap, product updates, enhancement requests, reporting developments etc.

Education, Experience and skills :

Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Information Technology or other related disciplines.
10+ years (atleast 4 years at management level) of progressive experience with the HRIS
Strong problem solving, collaborative and strategy implementation skills
Solid understanding of orgainization HR requirements towards technology, including regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data and arrive at sound business decision
