SUMMARY:
Senior Manager: Regional ICT Sales

POSITION INFO:

The purpose of the role is to drive the implementation of an effective regional sales strategy and lead the Indirect Channels & Corporate sales team to meet and exceed agreed sales targets. To oversee regional operations strategy implementation essential to sales force productivity, including but not limited to: planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent. You must have a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant managerial experience in a global / multinational ICT business environment. You will be responsible for the Gauteng region and based in Joburg North.
