Senior Manager: Stakeholder Relationship Management

POSITION INFO:

Job Purpose

Manage the stakeholder relations and marketing management functions of the organisation in support of the achievement of the organisational Strategic Outcomes.

Job Outcomes

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategy and policy
• Support the business by ensuring that all content, design and initiatives are aimed at enhancing the customer experience while complying to regulations and corporate identity guidelines
• Manage stakeholder engagement ranging from the end-users of our products to clients and intermediaries
• Facilitate cooperation through stakeholder awareness programmes
• Provide sound oversight in the implementation of programmes in line with stakeholder agreements
• Represent company interests in relevant government and policy forums
• Oversee the production of the Annual Report from inception to delivery.
• Develop and manage a divisional budget and Annual Operation Plans (AOP’s)
• Manage functionality of the CRM system and monitor stakeholder experience
• Manage the Lead Function, Customer & Public Relations
• Coach and manage the team for growth and development

Minimum Required Education and Experience

Minimum requirement

• A Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration and/or Customer Relations Management
• Preferred Requirement: A Postgraduate qualification in Business Management and Marketing

Experience

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in Information Analysis, Stakeholder Relations, Marketing and Report Writing
