SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Sector, has an opportunity available for a Senior Manager: Strategic Communication. This position will be based in the Tshwane area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

B Degree in Communications/Public Relations/Marketing/Journalism
6-10 years’ work experience in Marketing, Stakeholder Relations, Media Relations and Communications in the Private or Public Sector
At least 5 years’ experience at middle management or senior management level

KPAs:

Strategically direct and supervise the strategic communication activities
Establish the Strategic Communication Business Unit as a pro-active, value-adding source of expertise, assistance and consulting advice;
Strategically direct and supervise the brand management activities
Provide advice to the Commissioner and the executive on brand management and strategic communication matters
Ensure the proper administration, governance and risk management of the business unit
