POSITION INFO:

Set objectives and tactical strategies for the Wholesale and MVNO Billing Department
Implement and make use of suitable technology to streamline internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
Design and customize technological systems and applications to deliver superior service to all Wholesale partners.
Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to Commercial and other related business stakeholder.
Provide guidance in assessment of technological and software refreshments with relevant IT services and providers.
Oversee the technological infrastructure in the billing domain to ensure optimal performance.
Direct, support and organize business support (BSS) related projects.
Analyse the costs, value, and risks of information technology to advise management.
Oversee and understand workings and systems of the business support systems (BSS) domain.
Compile management reports for various steering committees.
Actively seek to improve business processes within the billing and commissions area.
Develop and recommend financial policies and procedures and programs to increase effectiveness of financial information collected.
Identify potential financial risks and exposures and advise management of financial implications as well as implement controls to prevent losses.
Implement all agreements with service providers, MVNOs, international roaming, roaming, interconnect and WASPS.
Ensure rates captured on the system are in line with the above agreement and schedule of charges.
Regular input to amendment of business processes.
Ensure incident management processes are adhered to.
Effective management of problem management and implementation of appropriate measures.
