SUMMARY:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies**: Lead the creation and execution of effective, innovative marketing strategies for the city development and African Hills Lodge, aimed at attracting investors, driving property sales, and increasing guest bookings.
- **Project Leadership**: Take ownership of marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring all initiatives align with the overall business goals.
- **Investor Engagement**: Design and implement marketing campaigns that appeal to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- **Property Sales Marketing**: Develop and lead targeted marketing campaigns to support property sales efforts.
- **Creative Leadership**: Drive the development of high-quality marketing packs and materials that are visually engaging and tailored to target audiences.
- **Social Media Oversight**: Analyze and manage all social media teams to ensure brand alignment and effective engagement strategies.
- **Self-Starter & Team Leadership**: Be a proactive leader who can initiate and manage marketing projects independently, guiding teams effectively
