• Take technical responsibility for engineering projects from concept through to delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Translate client and project requirements into effective engineering solutions.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including design, production, and project management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within engineering processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in a lead or senior engineering role, ideally within marine, heavy industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong technical design and project execution skills.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
