SUMMARY:
Run and Design HVAC projects for data centers, commercial buildings and mixed-used buildings. Opportunity to become a Director or Head of the Mechanical Department.

POSITION INFO:

Run and design HVAC for mixed used development projects, data centers and commercial building projects

Carry out client meetings and attend site meetings

Checking of drawings

Prepare heat load calculations

Mentor Junior Engineers and Technicians

Manage several multimillion-rand HVAC projects

Preparing technical reports

Prepare tender documentation

Carry out contract administration

Refrigeration project experience (Advantageous)

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC Design

Minimum of 5 years experience in consulting business mechanical building services design

Project management skills

Commercial building and/or data centre experience

Qualification:

BEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering

PREng/PRTech or Eligibility to Register Professionally

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
