POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion Design and oversee HVAC, ventilation, wet services, and fire protection systems Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct site inspections, attend project meetings, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices Skills & Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in mechanical building services consulting Strong design experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, ventilation, wet services, and fire protection systems Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Proven experience managing engineering projects independently from inception to completion Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Valid driver's licence; own transport is advantageous Qualification: BEng, BSc or BTech Mechanical Engineering PR Eng\/ PR Technologist Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Engineering recruitment vacancies.
