Are you a performance-driven media specialist with a love for sports, digital engagement, and customer growth? We’re looking for a motivated and results-focused Senior Media Coordinator to join our marketing team
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving user acquisition — managing, optimising, and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do

Campaign Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and affiliate networks

Budget Ownership:
Oversee media spend, ensuring strategic allocation and maximum ROI while meeting ambitious CPA targets

Performance Analysis:
Analyse campaign data to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and improve performance at scale

Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with our creative team to provide data-driven feedback and help shape impactful ad assets

Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor a small team of media coordinators, helping them strengthen their skills in campaign execution, analysis, and reporting

Reporting & Insights:
Deliver clear, insightful performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes and identifying growth opportunities.

Stay Ahead of Trends:
Monitor platform updates, competitor movements, and emerging media opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve.

Growth Path: Media Strategist
This role is designed as a launchpad to a strategic position. Over the course of 12–18 months, your responsibilities will evolve to include:
Strategic Media Planning: Shaping quarterly and annual media strategies with a big-picture focus
Audience Development: Leading audience research and segmentation to unlock new growth opportunities
Channel Innovation: Exploring and recommending new platforms, formats, and acquisition channels
Holistic Campaign Design: Creating integrated media strategies that unify paid, owned, and earned channels into seamless customer journeys

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing focused on acquisition
Proven success in managing and scaling large media budgets and campaigns
Proficiency with major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and DSPs
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
Strategic thinker with curiosity and creativity, always looking for innovative approaches to media
Passion for sports and a strong interest in online entertainment and audience engagement platforms
