Senior Merchandise Planner

SALARY: R50 000 - R70 000 CTC - Depending on Experience

Your Mission: As our Senior Merchandise Planner, you’ll be the strategic brain behind our product flow. Ensuring the right stock hits the right shelves at the right time. Partner with our buying team, forecast demand, and drive profitability through precision planning.
What You’ll Do:
- Shape and execute our merchandise strategy
- Align inventory with business goals
- Manage range assortments, replenishment & reorder cycles
- Forecast sales & stock flow across categories
- Collaborate with suppliers, buyers & operations
- Deliver performance insights to senior leadership
- Optimize financial metrics & promotional planning
- Sales and orb forecasting - pre-season and in-season.
- Working with purchasing and suppliers on ensuring smooth deliveries.
What You Bring:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar
- 5+ years in merchandise planning (senior level preferred)
- Advanced Excel & BI tool proficiency
- Automation & scenario planning experience
- Sharp analytical mind & strategic thinking
- Strong communicator & cross-functional collaborator
- Agile, goal-driven, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Have a keen eye for detail, coupled with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Are an effective communicator who collaborates well across teams.
