SUMMARY:
To manage day-to-day operational performance of IP/MPLS and core network services.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network uptime and SLAs
• Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues
• Support automation and operational improvements
• Provide escalation support to NOC teams

• 5–8 years NetOps experience
• CCNP/CCIE preferred
• Strong experience in ISP-scale networks
