Cape Town | Hybrid We're recruiting on behalf of our client , a global organisation, for an experienced Senior NetSuite Support Analyst to join their Finance Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite professional who enjoys solving system challenges, improving business processes, and supporting finance users. You'll act as a key point of contact for NetSuite support, reporting, training, and continuous system improvement. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain and optimise NetSuite saved searches and reports. Provide advanced NetSuite support to Finance and business users. Train finance teams on NetSuite functionality and best practices. Develop and maintain training guides, documentation and video content. Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience. Support finance system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert for NetSuite across the business. Work closely with stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve processes. Must-Have Requirements Minimum 3–5 years' experience supporting finance systems. Strong hands-on NetSuite experience is essential. Proven experience creating and maintaining NetSuite Saved Searches. Experience supporting finance users within a finance or shared services environment. Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting and system workflows. Experience delivering user training and creating system documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Advantageous Experience with NetSuite reporting and dashboards. Experience supporting finance transformation or system improvement projects. Exposure to ERP implementations or system enhancements. Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related qualification. Why Apply?
