Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in IT Administration / Network Administration
Strong hands‑on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols
Experience with firewalls, switches, wireless technologies
Microsoft Active Directory & Office 365
Windows Server (2019/2022), Windows 10/11
Hyper‑V virtualisation
VPNs (site‑to‑site & client)
Mikrotik RouterOS
Experience with backups, recovery, business continuity, server optimisation
Ability to troubleshoot advanced network & server issues
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer service mindset
Thrives under pressure, independent, reliable, organised, driven
Growth mentality and strong ownership mindset

Qualification:
Matric
A+ / N+ / Microsoft certifications
MCITP
Network Security+
Diploma in IT Systems Administration (NQF 4/5)
