SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrative Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support and will be for ensuring accurate, efficient and well-coordinated administrative processes within the organisation

POSITION INFO:
Duties: Provide general administrative support and ensure accurate and efficient processing of administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records, documentation and filing systems. Assist with accounting-related administration, including debtors, creditors and purchasing where required. Capture and analyse data using advanced Excel. Prepare reports and provide administrative support to management and various departments. Ensure all work is completed accurately, confidentially and within required deadlines. Minimum requirements: Matric Certificate Knowledge of accounting Excel advanced skills Neat, accurate and organized Analytical thinker Minumum 8 years' experience in administration roles Experience in Debtors \/ Creditors \/ Purchasing \/ HR will be an advantage.
