Senior Operations & Quality Control Administrator

SUMMARY:
An established and fast-paced retail operation is seeking a highly organised and proactive 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 & 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗟 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥 to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This is a hands-on operational leadership role suited to someone who thrives on structure, takes full ownership of their responsibilities, and is confident guiding a team while upholding consistently high standards across the business. Core Criteria: Minimum 5 years' proven experience in administration or operations support, preferably within retail or hospitality Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience developing or implementing SOPs Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure Strong communication and people skills, with the confidence to lead, train, and hold a team accountable Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines Bookkeeping experience advantageous Own reliable transport essential Candidate Responsibilities: Take ownership of store administration and day-to-day operational tasks Ensure SOPs, policies, and protocols are correctly actioned throughout the business Oversee opening, end-of-shift, and closing duties, including checking of guest tickets, attendance records, and operational documentation Assist in creating and implementing SOPs and improving operational processes Lead, train, and guide the team to work independently and self-sufficiently Review and verify operational documentation before submission to management Monitor operational compliance, flag deviations from company standards, and support corrective action processes Assist with basic bookkeeping, ticket checking, and financial administration Support management in communicating and embedding process improvements Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture Support the business during peak trading periods This is a live-out position.
