SUMMARY:
My client based in Selby is currently recruiting for an Operations Lead to join their team on a 12-month contract (possibility/not guaranteed for extension) We require that the successful candidate should have a business-related qualification, degree, or diploma in Banking & Payment industry knowledge.

POSITION INFO:

You will be responsible for:

Stakeholder Engagement
Engage impacted business areas to understand requirements (incl. training Develop an operational roll-out plan based on the Target Operating Model).
Manage operational implementation for RPP
Develop RPP Training Curricular

Qualifications and experience:
·         Implementation of Target Operating Modules
·         Minimum 5 years’ experience within the Financial sector
·         Minimum 2 + years experience in team management
·         Minimum 8 years and more experience in Operations
