Our client is a high-performance digital marketing agency based in Johannesburg, specializing in generating measurable revenue growth for clients through targeted paid advertising. Our client has managed over R50 million in ad spend, driven R150 million+ in client revenue, and perfected a proprietary "Lead Machine" system that combines Google/YouTube Ads, funnel optimization, and CRM integration.
 
This is an individual contributor role (no team management) for a data-driven expert who thrives on turning ad spend into tangible client ROI. You’ll own Google and YouTube campaign strategy, optimization, and client communication for 35+ clients, ensuring every rand spent delivers measurable results.

POSITION INFO:

Manage end-to-end Google Ads and YouTube campaigns: launch, optimize, scale, and report performance against client KPIs
Execute media buying across a portfolio of clients, prioritizing budget efficiency and ROI
Lead client communications: daily updates, onboarding calls, and monthly strategy reviews to build trust and align on goals
Analyze campaign metrics (CPAs, ROAS, conversion rates) to identify trends and implement data-driven optimizations
Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge campaign performance

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):

Proven Expertise: 3+ years managing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns with a focus on lead generation and sales conversion
Analytical Rigor: Advanced skills in interpreting data (Excel, Google Analytics) to drive strategic decisions
Client-First Communication: Ability to simplify complex metrics for clients and confidently present results
Results Obsession: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates)
