POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive, secretarial and administrative support. Conduct legislative, legal and political research and prepare briefing documents. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, speeches, presentations and other political communications. Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics, schedules and stakeholder engagements. Liaise professionally with members of the public, government officials and key stakeholders. Monitor and analyse current political developments and legislative matters. Assist with parliamentary and legislature processes, including questions, motions, committee work and procedural matters. Ensure all documentation is accurate, confidential and submitted within required deadlines.
