SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Process Engineer ready to lead complex mineral processing and metallurgical projects? A leading engineering and process solutions company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join its dynamic technical team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: BEng Degree in Chemical Engineering Minimum 10 years' relevant process engineering experience Strong background in mineral processing and\/or metallurgical plant design Professional registration (ECSA) advantageous Proficient in process simulation software and mass balance development Experience in feasibility studies, detailed design, and commissioning Key Responsibilities: Lead process design activities from concept through to commissioning Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, mass and energy balances Conduct technical evaluations, trade-off studies, and optimisation initiatives Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers Interface with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and suppliers Support tendering, proposal development, and technical documentation Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset Excellent report writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performance engineering environment delivering innovative process solutions across the mining and industrial sectors.
