JOB SUMMARY:
Client in the Automotive and Transport Industry requires the services of a Senior Process Engineer at the Assembly Plant in Eastern Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER (ASSEMBLY)

To lead process engineers and assembly maintenance to plan, implement and improve manufacturing processes and projects in order to support meeting the company''s manufacturing objectives and business objectives according to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001.

Requirements:

Electrical/Mechatronics Qualification or a Trade Tested Electrical/Mechatronics Artisan
Five-Ten years’ experience in a similar role in assembly line design, development and implementation
Ability to use basic functions of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
High speed assembly process and equipment knowledge and experience
PLC and Yaskawa Robot programming experience
Ultrasonic, Hotplate and Vibration welding experience
Working knowledge of electro pneumatics equipment design
FMEA and Control Plan experience
