SUMMARY:
Financial Services client requires a Senior Process Engineer to join their team and work with senior stakeholders to identify, design and implement strategic process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description Lead business process improvement and transformation initiatives Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analysis, process mapping, and operating model design. Develop business cases, quantify ROI, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies. Engage with senior stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver process enhancement projects. Drive change management activities to support successful implementation Design and monitor process performance metrics, analytics, and reporting frameworks. Support process automation initiatives using BPM and RPA methodologies. Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements. Minimum Requirements Matric \/ Grade 12 Relevant Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar. Min 7 years' experience in Business Process Management (BPM), process improvement, or transformation, coupled with at least 3 years of leadership\/management experience. Strong experience in process mapping, business analysis, change management, and operational excellence. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, RPA, and process automation methodologies.
