SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic procurement professional with a passion for supply chain excellence? We are seeking an individual to lead procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring the timely sourcing of raw materials and construction retail products while optimizing inventory and logistics.

POSITION INFO:

Senior Procurement Officer / Buyer – Johannesburg
Industry: Retail / Manufacturing

What You’ll Do:

Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value.
Optimize inventory and logistics for efficiency and cost savings.
Implement sustainable and ethical procurement practices.
Collaborate with teams in South Africa and Mozambique.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in procurement and supply chain within retail or manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge of raw materials and construction retail products.
ERP experience (K8 Kerridge or similar).
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Familiarity with ISO standards and INCOTERMS.
Advanced MS Excel skills.

Additional Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Procurement/Supply Chain.
Valid SA driver’s license and passport.
Fluent in English.
