The Opportunity
A growing and commercially driven organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing, tender governance, supplier management, and procurement optimisation initiatives.
This opportunity is ideal for a procurement professional who combines strong governance capability with commercial negotiation expertise and a continuous improvement mindset.

To Qualify for This Opportunity, You Should Ideally Have:

6–8+ years’ procurement experience in complex sourcing environments
Proven experience managing high-value tenders, RFQ/RFP processes, and commercial evaluations
Strong exposure to procurement governance, policy compliance, and approval frameworks
Experience facilitating tender adjudication and procurement committee processes
Vendor due diligence, supplier onboarding, and vendor risk management experience
ERP procurement systems exposure (Dynamics 365 / similar systems advantageous)
Strong commercial negotiation and cost optimisation capability
Experience identifying procurement efficiencies and driving process improvements
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across business functions
Background within industrial, engineering, construction, mining, infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar sectors preferred
