We are currently looking to hire Senior UX Designers Our multidisciplinary design team consists of Product Design, UX Writing, UX Motion Design, Customer Research and Creative Design

The UX Designer will work alongside a team 2xUX Designers and 2XUI Designers to deliver this as part of a cross-functional agile team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking to expand their knowledge and explore a bit further. While working on some global projects

As a Designer you should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI/UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

• We have a variety of clients ranging from mining to health to fintech.

• DVT is international: We have offices in SA and in the UK, design clients in 3 countries (At the moment) and designers living in 3 more.

• We have monthly design forums, attend as many conferences as possible, and we are passionate about learning.

Skills / Expectations

• Working closely with product managers, developers and UX writers to fully realise a feature or product.
• Able to manage the design of complex service process (adviser self-service environment does have some layers of complexities with multiply channels, user profiles and permissions etc.)
• Conceptualising, wireframing and designing customer friendly experiences and prototypes that are both intuitive and engaging solutions to complex design problems.

Requirements

• 5 + years of end-to-end product design experience .
• A well-rounded, solid background in UX and UI design process and impact.
• Strong creative problem solving, interaction design and prototyping skills and you’re capable of conducting user research and visual design work.
• Passion for design and the ability to think outside the box
• Proficient in popular design tools
• Excellent working knowledge of design systems, including Material Design and Human Interface Design.
• A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.
