SUMMARY:
We're looking for a Senior Test Development Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. This role focuses on defining and conducting manual and automated test procedures for our electronic, software, and mechanical products. POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain automated product testing systems within set timelines and budgets.
Define comprehensive test strategies, standards, and processes to ensure products meet market and technical requirements.
Conduct a wide range of testing (load, high-availability, recoverability) on systems and components.
Manage user acceptance testing and provide data-driven insights to support product release decisions.
Identify risks, perform root cause analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support field teams with complex faults, and update test scripts to detect recurring issues.
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, mentor junior engineers, and help drive process improvements.
Professionally document all test equipment, processes, results, and project plans.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience:

BSc in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or BEng Tech Electronics).
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technician, Test Engineer, Quality Engineer, or Electronic Engineer.
At least 3 years designing and developing test beds/equipment.
Minimum 2 years’ experience programming in C#.
Proficiency in Electronic CAD tools (preferably Altium Designer).

Technical Skills:

Advanced understanding of schematic designs.
Experience building jigs/test equipment using hand tools.
Strong knowledge of software applications and testing methodologies.
