SUMMARY:
A well-established engineering and mineral processing solutions provider is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its project delivery team. The role focuses on managing complex projects within the mining and heavy industrial sectors.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

BEng in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
Extensive experience managing projects involving thickeners and screens within mineral processing or related industrial environments
Proven track record in end-to-end project management, from engineering and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover
Strong understanding of mechanical design, fabrication, installation, and integration of process equipment
Solid commercial and contractual awareness, including cost control, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage mechanical and process-related projects in line with scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements
Oversee engineering deliverables related to thickeners, screens, and associated mechanical systems
Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and internal governance standards
Provide accurate project reporting to senior management and clients
