• Manage multiple Retail Credit projects end-to-end — from initiation through delivery — within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Drive implementation of new credit systems and process enhancements across lending and onboarding functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change controls to maintain governance standards.
• Present regular project updates to executive leadership and steering committees.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent).

• Minimum 8 years’ project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record managing retail credit or lending projects (credit origination, decisioning systems, account management, or collections).
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management experience at executive level.

• Strong governance, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.

• Proven experience managing Retail Credit projects in a banking environment.
