SUMMARY:
Senior Project Manager needed! Take the lead on high-impact engineering projects in solar and structural steel – Team leadership is essential.

POSITION INFO:
This well-established engineering firm, based in Braamfontein, delivers large-scale projects in structural steel fabrication and solar PV infrastructure. Known for technical excellence and innovation, the company operates across commercial and industrial sectors. They're looking for a dynamic leader to drive projects and manage high-performing teams from planning through to successful, on-time delivery.

You will lead multiple projects from inception to completion — managing planning, budgeting, risk, quality control, and stakeholder reporting. A key part of the role involves supervising technical teams, allocating resources, and ensuring that all project milestones are met. You'll drive team performance, enforce compliance with industry standards, and maintain a high level of communication across all project stakeholders.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BEng/BSc in Civil, Structural Engineering, or a Project Management qualification
Minimum 5–7 years' experience managing engineering projects in solar PV and/or structural steel
Proven staff management experience, leading multi-disciplinary teams
Strong understanding of project planning tools (Microsoft Projects) and budgeting
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to various project sites
