SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager of this established client, your proven knowledge and experience within a property management context will stand you in good stead.

POSITION INFO:
Role responsibilities are diverse, however will include:

Portfolio Management
Leasing
Financial Administration
Stakeholder Management
Reporting
Research

Key requirements:

Property Studies or related degree/diploma - preferred
Proven experience (5 plus years) within a property administration or property coordination/leasing administration context (ideally commercially related)
Fidelity Fund Certificate preferred

Key skills:

High attention to detail
Strong numerical/financial reasoning skills
Working knowledge of MRI/MDA or related software package
